Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef chuck cut into cubes
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 3 pcs Carrots sliced
- 3 pcs Potatoes diced
- 1 pc Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
4. Stir in tomato paste, cook for 2 minutes.
5. Pour in beef broth, add carrots and potatoes.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
7. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.
