Beef (sliced thin)

Soy sauce

Oyster sauce

Cornstarch

Ginger (minced)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add beef, stir-fry until browned. Remove beef from wok.
4. Add broccoli to the wok, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Return beef to the wok. Add remaining soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot over rice.
