- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried thyme. Mix well.
2. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
