Beef Bourguignon Recipe
A classic French beef stew made with red wine, beef broth, and seasoned vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lb Beef Chuck cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 bottle Red Wine 750ml
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 Onion chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add beef and brown on all sides. Remove beef and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
4. Add carrots, mushrooms, and tomato paste. Cook for a few minutes.
5. Pour in red wine and beef broth. Add thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
6. Return beef to the pot. Cover and place in the oven. Cook for 3 hours or until beef is tender.
7. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or crusty bread.
