Beef And Vegetable Stir-Fry Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
