Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. 5. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
