Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. 3. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  4. 4. Stir in tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
  7. 7. Add carrots and potatoes, cook for another 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
