  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 8 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions. Stir in the black beans and cook until heated through.
  3. 3. Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
  4. 4. Spoon the beef and bean mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
  5. 5. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
