Ingredients 

Filling

  • 2 cups Cooked Beans any variety
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Evaporated Milk
  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Pie Crust 9-inch, unbaked

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the cooked beans until smooth.
  3. Add the sugar, evaporated milk, beaten eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract to the mashed beans. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Allow the pie to cool before serving.
