  • 1 piece Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and red onion slices.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
