Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Flatbread
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast shredded
  • ½ cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Red Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread BBQ sauce evenly over each flatbread.
  4. Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and red onion slices.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Serve warm.
