- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 10 g instant yeast
- 10 g salt
- 300 ml warm water
- 50 ml olive oil
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt.
Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
On a floured surface, roll each ball into a flat circle about ¼ inch thick.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
