  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Vegetables optional, chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Place the pie crust in a pie dish. Sprinkle the cheese and vegetables evenly over the crust.
  4. 4. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and vegetables.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  6. 6. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
