  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Chopped Walnuts
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
