  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Place the cubed bread, sliced bananas, and chopped walnuts in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the bread and let it soak for about 10 minutes.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
