  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Bananas mashed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the beaten eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the mashed bananas.
  5. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
