  • 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Butter melted
  • 0.75 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, and brown sugar.
  3. Add beaten eggs and vanilla extract to the banana mixture and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, rolled oats, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
