Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Bananas ripe and mashed
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture, mixing just until combined.
  5. Fold in the mashed bananas.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
