- 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
3. In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
4. Pour the balsamic mixture over the pork chops. Reduce heat to medium and let it simmer until the sauce thickens and the pork chops are cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Serve the pork chops with the balsamic glaze drizzled over the top.
