- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- ½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
5. Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken and reduce heat to medium. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
6. Serve hot, drizzled with extra sauce from the skillet.
