Balsamic Glazed Chicken Brussels Sprouts Recipe

- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 500 g Brussels Sprouts halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
Place chicken breasts and Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken and Brussels sprouts.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and Brussels sprouts are tender.
