  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 500 g Brussels Sprouts halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
  3. Place chicken breasts and Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken and Brussels sprouts.
