Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup canned pumpkin
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. In another bowl, whisk oil, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, pumpkin, and milk.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fill donut pan with batter.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
