  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • 0.5 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the teriyaki mixture over them.
  4. Add the pineapple chunks around the chicken.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
