Baked Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
- 0.5 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the teriyaki mixture over them.
Add the pineapple chunks around the chicken.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
