Baked Lemon Herb Salmon

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pc Lemon sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, and dried thyme.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the olive oil mixture over the salmon fillets.
Top each fillet with lemon slices. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve warm and enjoy!
