Ingredients 

Donuts

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, vanilla extract, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the sprinkles.
  5. Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe into the donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the donuts comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
