Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
In a large bowl, mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and oil.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
Fill donut pan cavities about ¾ full.
Bake for 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let donuts cool slightly, then coat with remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture.
