Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
