- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the meatballs with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fully cooked and golden brown.
