Baked Beet Chips Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 3 medium beets peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a mandoline slicer to thinly slice the beets.
In a bowl, toss the beet slices with olive oil and sea salt.
Arrange the beet slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
Remove from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.
