Baileys Chocolate Mousse
A rich and creamy chocolate mousse with a hint of Baileys.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate chopped
- 3 tablespoon Baileys Irish Cream
- 2 tablespoon butter unsalted
- 3 eggs separated
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream whipped
Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
Remove from heat and stir in Baileys Irish Cream.
In another bowl, whisk egg yolks with sugar until pale and thick.
Fold the egg yolk mixture into the chocolate mixture.
In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
Fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
