Baileys Cheesecake
A rich and creamy cheesecake with a hint of Baileys.

Crust
- 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Melted butter
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Sour cream
- ¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in sour cream, Baileys, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour over crust.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool in the pan on a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
