Brownie Batter
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- ⅓ cup Baileys Irish Cream
- ½ cup All-purpose Flour
- ½ cup Cocoa Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and Baileys, and mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
