Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
6. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, shape each piece into a ball, and poke a hole in the center to form a bagel shape.
7. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
