Instructions 

  1. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
  2. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it forms a roux.
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir in the cooked bacon pieces.
  5. Serve hot over biscuits.
