- 12 pieces Jalapeños halved and seeded
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 12 slices Bacon cut in half
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
Wrap each filled jalapeño with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
