  • 1 9-inch Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Gruyere Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 Eggs large
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded Gruyere cheese evenly over the pie crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, heavy cream, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese in the pie crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
