  • ¾ cup buttermilk

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  5. Gradually add buttermilk, stirring just until the dough comes together.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
