- 2 ripe avocados diced
- 2 medium tomatoes diced
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 loaf baguette sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a bowl, combine diced avocados, tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic. Mix gently.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
