  • 2 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
  • 1 Avocado Ripe
  • 2 Eggs Large
  • 1 pinch Salt To taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper To taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast the bread slices to your liking.
  2. 2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until smooth.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the eggs to your preference (sunny side up, over easy, scrambled).
  4. 4. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread slices.
  5. 5. Place the cooked eggs on top of the avocado toast.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
