Avocado Salmon Toast Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Whole grain bread
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 100 g Smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper freshly ground
1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
3. Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the mashed avocado. Mix well.
4. Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices.
5. Top each slice with smoked salmon.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
