- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 Large egg
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 cup Mashed avocado
- ¼ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat sugar and egg together. Add mashed avocado, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
