  • 2 pieces Jalapeños seeded and chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend tomatoes, jalapeños, and garlic until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and add water and salt.
  3. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Let cool, then transfer to a bottle or jar for storage.
