- 8 pieces Corn tortillas
- 4 large Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Chorizo cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Shredded cheese Mexican blend
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 medium Avocado sliced
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 medium Lime cut into wedges
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Warm the tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side. Set aside.
3. In the same skillet, scramble the beaten eggs until fully cooked.
4. Assemble the tacos by placing some scrambled eggs, chorizo, and cheese on each tortilla.
5. Top with salsa, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
