Asparagus Quiche Recipe

- 1 sheet Pie Crust store-bought or homemade
- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 4 Eggs large
- 1 cup Gruyere Cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Trim the edges.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and heavy cream.
Add the shredded Gruyere cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
Spread the asparagus pieces evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
