  • 1 sheet Pie Crust store-bought or homemade
  • 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 4 Eggs large
  • 1 cup Milk whole or 2%
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the asparagus and crumbled goat cheese evenly over the pie crust.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus and goat cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
