- 8 eggs
- 1 cup asparagus, chopped
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped asparagus and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
