- 4 cups Arugula fresh
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese shaved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
1. In a large salad bowl, combine arugula, cherry tomatoes, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Toss gently to combine.
4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately.
