- 1 cup dried apricots chopped
- 1 cup almonds sliced
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add melted butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Fold in chopped apricots and sliced almonds.
Press the mixture into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
