Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed greens
- 2 Apples, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup Dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, apples, walnuts, feta cheese, and dried cranberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
