  • 2 Apples, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, apples, walnuts, feta cheese, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
