  • 6 Apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Raisins
  • 1 package Phyllo Dough
  • ¼ cup Melted Butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
  3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Repeat with remaining sheets.
  4. Place apple mixture along one edge of the dough and roll up, tucking in the ends.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
