- 2 apples, cored and chopped
- 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.5 cup ice cubes
Add apples, milk, honey, cinnamon, and ice cubes to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
