- 4 pork chops
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth

1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
3. Remove pork chops from skillet. Add apples and sage to the skillet and cook until apples are tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Return pork chops to the skillet. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook until pork chops are cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Serve pork chops with apples and sauce from the skillet.
